Print and Pack
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our automated system.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a tracking notification for your return shipment.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
